The South Florida DEKA-Fest is the first ever Spartan DEKA event in the country to be hosted inside of a football stadium!
It will also be the LARGEST event hosted by a Spartan DEKA affiliate in Florida.
What is DEKAFIT? It's a 10-zone exercise course, strategically designed to challenge both your stamina and endurance, where your time to completion is a measurement of your fitness.
There are TWo Categories: Individual + tandem/team
The individual category includes dekastrong, dekamile, ruck-deka.
the tandem/team category includes tandem o-strong, tandem o-mile, & the deka 4k relay (team of 4).
